Role Summary

We are looking to intervene on behalf of our client for a Welding Technician holding the IWS or IWT who will intervene on the client's site and will guarantee conformity and product quality by carrying out inspections before and during welding in alternating 2x8 schedules:

As such, you will be in charge of (non-exhaustive)

Check the qualifications of the welders, the joint preparations, the traceability of the components, the completeness of the information in the files, the start of the welding;

• Carry out energy measurements during the welding phases;
• Complete the anomaly sheets;
• Write inspection reports;
• Ensure quality monitoring in the tools

Requirements

• You must hold an IWS and/or IWT diploma, you have similar professional experience. You have good knowledge of the normative environment and the requirements of the nuclear/naval/defense sector.
• A COFREND CIFM certification would be an asset but is not imperative.
• Man/woman in the field, you are rigorous; your organizational skills, your analytical skills and your interpersonal and writing skills are major assets in your role.
• Integrity with an increased sense of responsibility, you are autonomous in your missions.
• Position subject to administrative security investigation
