Capacity planner Mobile South

Role Summary

Are you an experienced planner who always keeps an overview, has strong analytical skills and enjoys working with different teams? Then you are indispensable to our 24/7 security organization.

As a Capacity Planner at Securitas you are responsible for long-term planning from 9 weeks to 12 months for a selection of customers in your region. You ensure a correct and fair schedule that complies with the collective labor agreement, ATW, the wishes of employees and the agreements with our customers. To do this, you work closely with our security teams, Operational Managers and hiring partners.

Your planning makes it possible to make better predictions: where does a capacity shortage arise, where is there space left and how do we respond to this? You play an important role in both existing and new customer assignments and contribute to the quality of our services.

Responsibilities

What are you going to do

• Responsible for 30,000 plannable hours per pay period.
• Optimizing planning processes and efficiency.
• Carrying out administrative tasks for, among other things, hiring and customer invoicing.
• Collaborate with managers and teams to achieve the best scheduling solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who thinks in terms of solutions, has strong analytical skills and can connect effortlessly with different stakeholders. In addition, you bring the following

• You have appropriate training for this position. Don't have this yet? Then Securitas offers this.
• You have an MBO4 working and thinking level.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in carrying out complex planning processes.
• You live within a radius of 30 km around Rotterdam.
