Campus Security Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a Campus Security Manager in Eemshaven for one of our largest international customers. In this role you are responsible for all physical security activities within an innovative data center environment.

You are ultimately responsible for the quality and continuity of security services and translate the client's guidelines into an efficient and effective operation. You manage the security organization, monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure optimal implementation of procedures and safety guidelines.

As an important discussion partner for both the customer and internal stakeholders, you work closely with colleagues at home and abroad and participate in international projects.

You report to the Regional Security Manager and manage a growing security organization of approximately 50 employees, with an expected growth to 100 to 150 employees. You are also part of an international security team that is responsible for the security of one of Securitas' largest international customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical security within data centers.
• Responsible for performance, quality and service.
• Managing, coaching and developing teams.
• Implement policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitoring KPIs, contract agreements and quality.
• Identifying risks and implementing improvements.
• Maintaining stakeholder and customer relationships.
• Collaborate in international projects.
• Implement HR policy within the team.
• Ensuring safety and compliance.

Requirements

• HBO working and thinking level.
• At least 4 years of experience in security and a managerial role.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Experience with customer contact and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Affinity with physical security within a data center or IT environment.
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) and a flexible attitude.

Pres

• Education in Security Management, Business Administration or similar.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety.
• Experience within a data center environment.
