Campaign Lead at IT Advantage in United States.

Role Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an Campaign Lead to design, launch, and run an outbound engagement campaign that drives target organisations to book and enrol onto a new platform, owning the campaign end to end from process and tooling through to team and results, suited to a candidate who has personally stood up outbound campaigns and not only supervised an existing operation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch the outbound campaign, process, cadence, tooling, and team
  • Build the multi touch outbound cadence, call scripts, qualification logic, and objection handling
  • Configure and run the dialler and CRM, list management, dispositions, and lead routing
  • Forecast capacity and staff the seats and schedules required to meet the target
  • Stand up QA, call monitoring, and reporting
  • Run the campaign to defined KPIs and SLAs and own the numbers daily
  • Apply structured process improvement to raise contact and conversion rates and lower cost per booking
  • Coach the team to target and maintain a clean handoff into setup and go live

Requirements

  • 7+ years running outbound calling, telesales, or BPO campaigns to dial and conversion targets
  • 5+ years leading and coaching an outbound team under daily target pressure
  • 3+ years designing and launching outbound campaigns from scratch, process, tooling, and team
  • 3+ years building multi touch cadences of eight to twelve contacts across phone, email, and other channels
  • 3+ years writing call scripts, qualification logic, and objection handling that convert
  • 3+ years configuring and running a predictive or auto dialler and a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • 3+ years forecasting capacity and staffing seats and schedules to a target and timeline
  • 3+ years building QA scorecards, call monitoring, and coaching routines that lift conversion
  • 3+ years owning KPI and SLA reporting and dashboards in Excel and Power BI
  • 3+ years applying Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC, with a proven lift in conversion or a lower cost per booking
  • 3+ years managing outbound compliance, consent, callbacks, and do not call handling
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, required
  • COPC or an equivalent contact centre operations certification, an asset
  • PMP or PRINCE2, an asset
  • 2+ years booking into clinics or healthcare, or a regulated appointment based campaign, an asset
  • Familiarity with BC primary care, Divisions of Family Practice, and Primary Care Networks, an asset
