what will you do

Participate in the development of architectural solutions for the implementation of Marketing Initiatives (MA) and Products as an expert/analyst in the billing system

Provide a high-level assessment of the complexity of changes for the implementation of Products

Analyze requirements with customers, build and describe diagrams (class diagram, statechart diagram, sequence diagram, deployment diagram, component diagram, etc.) using BPMNv2, UML or other approaches, propose solutions and functionality

Coordinate changes with customers and the team responsible for the development of Products

Prepare technical documentation (TOR) in Confluence. Be responsible for filling out and signing the TOR regarding the technical implementation of the Product in the BSS system

• Develop and detail new product functionality requirements for system vendor
• Participate in making changes to the system configuration
• Place orders for improvements to the system Monitor the timely and high-quality implementation of product functionality requirements in accordance with orders

Participate in the process of testing implemented changes to the system and check their compliance with the customer's requirements.

• Analyze the causes of the Product's functional defect
• Detail the requirements for correcting the defect or non-compliance of the implementation with business requirements
• Coordinate changes with customers
• Ensure elimination of defects by the contractor
• What qualifications and experience are required
• At least 2 years of work experience as an analyst
• Skills in forming requirements for information systems in accordance with business needs, experience in implementing new functionality in information systems
• Experience in communication with the contractor
• Confident user of JIRA, Confluence
• Knowledge of MsOffice office programs. Preferably MS Project
• Skills in working with BPMN, UML
