Role Summary

Academic training

Systems Engineer or similar.

Postgraduate in Project Management preferred.

Technical knowledge

Knowledge of agile methodologies.

Languages: Not applicable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify the technological needs of each unit and manage the correct delivery of IT solutions to these needs.
• Meet periodically with the different stakeholders of the unit to understand the specific goals of said unit.
• Based on the needs of the unit, generate technological requirements to be resolved by the IT team.
• Be the main point of communication between the unit and the IT teams.
• In conjunction with the unit, prioritize the different unit projects to be developed in IT.
• Facilitate all projects to go through the necessary approval stages.
• Ensure correct project documentation.
• Align and ensure that projects are in line with the company's strategy.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience leading transversal projects. With knowledge of planning tools and agile methodologies.

Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday

Modality: In person initially. Subsequently, it presents the option of migrating to a hybrid model.

Salary: 4,500,000 COP

Work or labor contract for 6 months initially. Option to move with an indefinite contract according to performance.
