Responsibilities

As a Content Operations intern focusing on Business Operations, you will:

• Build and embed the centralized operational infrastructure (workflows, SOPs, reference docs), which should be referenced across teams to improve decision-making quality and speed.
• Leverage AI to scale impact and efficiency for critical business workflows.
• Review and learn about the operations of the PGC, Ops, and XFN organizations, building critical workflows tied to impact and results. Ideate and develop the future roadmap.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and optimize workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in meeting different parts of the TikTok organization and collaborating cross-functionally.
