Role Summary

As a Business Information Analyst, you help customers to future-proof their IT landscape and processes. You play a key role in digital transformation projects and advise on process, data and IT issues. This way you support customers in their decision-making and translate needs into user stories, requirements and designs.

You usually work in agile and product-oriented environments. You map business processes and information flows, analyze bottlenecks and translate these into concrete solutions. In this way you contribute to more efficient processes, better decision-making and the realization of IT roadmaps.

In addition to your assignments, you actively develop yourself further. You participate in communities within Sopra Steria where knowledge sharing, innovation and professional growth are central.

Requirements

You are analytical, curious and dare to come up with creative solutions. You have an overview of processes and know how to ask the right questions. As a consultant you motivate others and work independently as well as in High Performance Teams.

In addition you have

• A completed HBO or WO education
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with translating business processes into user stories, requirements and/or designs
• Insight into IT landscapes and systems and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (minimum B2 level) and English
