- valid driving license category B
- analytical and strategic skills
- highly developed communication and negotiation skills
- independence, proactivity and result orientation
- ability to work in a design and multi-tasking environment
- readiness to make business trips throughout the country

Description of the job offer
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with key clients and partners, and actively supporting the growth of the organization's revenues and market position.
Scope of responsibility
identification of new markets, customer segments and potential business development areas: renewable energy, energy transmission networks, building and industrial construction
- analysis of the market, competition and industry trends
- developing and implementing business development strategies in line with the company's goals
- acquiring new clients and developing relationships with strategic clients
- conducting commercial negotiations and participating in the preparation of business offers
- cooperation with sales, marketing, finance, operational and technical departments
- managing the sales process from the first contact to signing the contract
- monitoring the implementation of contracts and ensuring high quality of cooperation with partners
- reporting results, sales forecasts and recommending optimization activities
- representing the company at business meetings, fairs and conferences
