Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in line with the company's growth strategy
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders
• Conduct active market intelligence to identify new trends, opportunities and potential risks
• Analyze market data to develop and implement effective business strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee optimal delivery of products and services
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

More than 5 years of experience in fire safety and personal protection, or in a similar sector

Strong technical knowledge of fire detection and protection systems

Proven experience in mastering the entire sales cycle: identification of new commercial opportunities, development of proposals and presentations, negotiation and closing

Ability to design and implement successful business strategies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build lasting relationships with customers, partners and industry experts at decision-making level

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and missions simultaneously
• Good knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, including cloud solutions and IoT
• Profile combining technical expertise, mastery of sales techniques and excellent communication skills
