  • Support in the implementation of Salesforce strategies and roadmaps
  • Participation in project management (e.g. planning, status updates, controlling milestones)
  • Analysis and modeling of business processes (e.g. with BPMN)
  • Conducting and moderating customer workshops (e.g. with design thinking or the 6 hat method)
  • Support in requirements management through interviews and documentation
  • Creation of technical concepts and high-level solution designs
  • Participation in agile projects (Scrum, SAFe), including backlog maintenance and sprint planning
  • Documentation and implementation of change and communication measures

  • Completed studies in the field of economics, computer science or comparable
  • Initial experience in a project environment or through internships is an advantage
  • Interested in Salesforce technologies and agile methods
