Role Summary
As a Business Analyst at Sopra Steria, you help organizations to organize their processes smarter. You bring structure to complex issues and translate stakeholder wishes into concrete, workable solutions in Pega. No thick reports, but something that provides direction and can be built.
You work together with Business Architects, Pega Consultants and the customer. Sometimes you start with a blank canvas. Sometimes you optimize what is already there. Whatever you do: it must be logical, scalable and future-proof.
Responsibilities
In this role you are mainly concerned with
- Analyzing and providing insight into processes and customer journeys
- Translating business needs into clear user stories and designs
- Thinking about a Minimum Lovable Product that delivers value quickly
You work hybrid from our office in Groningen, combined with customer locations and at home. Within RulesMatter you work in a team where content comes first and collaboration is self-evident.
Requirements
These are your strengths
You get energy from complex issues and are not afraid to ask questions until you really understand how something works. You know how to separate main from secondary issues, create structure and can relate well to users and stakeholders.
- An HBO or WO background and you speak Dutch at a minimum B2 level
- Experience as a business analyst, functional designer or information analyst
- You can clearly map processes, wishes and dependencies
- You write clear user stories or designs that a team can start working on immediately
- You are curious about Pega and willing to get certified (at our expense)
Experience with Agile working or methods such as Lean or Design Thinking is a bonus, but it is more important that you think logically and enjoy working together.
