Responsibilities

• Assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandizing in terms of data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.
• Assist in incubating and growing e-commerce creators in terms of creator education, operations, and live stream support.
• Assist in conducting business analysis for overall central creator team performance, covering resource management to strategy formation.
• Assist in analysing creator content quality and traffic in terms of creator governance and experience in TikTok.

Requirements

• Current pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Statistics, Information Management, Communications, E-commerce, or Marketing are preferred;
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with familiarity with data cleaning and basic analysis;

Preferred Qualifications

• Logical, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and care;
• Strong sense of responsibility, effective in team communication and collaboration;
