As a Business Analyst you make an important contribution in multidisciplinary teams. You translate customer wishes, customer expectations and other desired changes into concrete solutions, analyze and assess processes, identify possible improvements and provide advice based on your analyses.

• Contract hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Contract type: Permanent contract
• Education: HBO/WO education in the field of Business or IT
• Languages: Dutch (required) and English (desired)
• A proven track record as a (Senior) Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in complex Business/IT environments (e.g. in Finance, Government, Utilities or Logistics)
• A sharp analytical ability, combined with an eye for human behavior. You understand that technology only adds value if the organization adopts it.
• Experience with Agile working and affinity with the impact of technology and AI on business models
