Brand Acquisitions & Relations

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Brand Acquisition & Relations hire to spearhead partnerships with advertisers and brands across industries like CPG, entertainment, and lifestyle. As we build out Darwin ’s personalized in-video ad network, you’ll be responsible for opening doors, securing partnerships, and ensuring brands see the value of connecting with our creator and user ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand and advertiser acquisition , building a pipeline of top-tier partners across CPG, entertainment, retail, and consumer tech.
• Leverage your existing brand/agency network to establish early deals and pilots.
• Collaborate with creators to design ad experiences that feel authentic and interactive .
• Manage relationships end-to-end: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing partner success.
• Gather brand feedback to inform product direction for our ad solutions.
• Work with leadership to develop pricing, packaging, and positioning for advertisers.

Requirements

• Strong network of brand and advertiser relationships across CPG, entertainment, or adjacent industries.
• Proven track record in ad sales, brand partnerships, or media relations , ideally with digital/video platforms.
• Strong ability to craft and deliver compelling pitches to executives.
• Experience working with creators, publishers, or UGC platforms is a plus.
• Bonus: experience in interactive or personalized advertising formats .
