After your structured training in our JYSK branch in Weil am Rhein, you will take over the independent management of a store in the Weil am Rhein area.

Employee management: You lead, motivate and develop your branch team in accordance with our values and leadership principles.

Sales & KPIs: You keep an eye on the key figures, take initiatives to increase sales and manage your store in a results-oriented manner.

Customer Service: You ensure your team is 100% focused on sales and a superior shopping experience.

Store Operations: You implement store concepts and act as a role model both on the sales floor and when stocking the goods.

This is what you bring with you for the job in management

Management experience: You have in-depth experience in retail, gastronomy or services, e.g. as a deputy. Branch management in retail or shift management in the catering industry.

Customer and sales orientation: You know how to exemplify excellent service and inspire your team about the needs of our customers in order to offer a first-class shopping experience at all times.

Initiative: You have strong drive and good communication skills, take the initiative and solve tasks and challenges independently.

Results orientation: You think entrepreneurially, like to take responsibility for your store and want to consistently exceed your goals.

Language skills: Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) both spoken and written
