Role Summary

As an independent merchant/manufacturer, JDP offers you the opportunity to make a real difference. We are looking for someone who is driven to boost sales and footfall in branch, but also with strong operational experience and a commitment to health and safety too.

You’ll lead a dedicated and dynamic team, all committed to delivering high-level customer service.

Requirements

• We want to hear from you if you are a current Branch Manager (or an assistant looking to advance your career) in the drainage or wider merchanting industry with a passion for learning our products.
• You should have experience leading a small team, be sales-focused, understand branch operations (including health and safety), and be customer-centric.
• If you have a proven track record in merchanting, a good network of contacts, and the drive to use your initiative, get in touch. We are excited to hear from you!
