WHAT DOES YOUR NEXT JOB INCLUDES?

• As a branch manager, you are responsible for your JYSK branch
• In accordance with the JYSK values, you ensure that your branch team is 100% focused on sales and customers
• You take the initiative to positively influence metrics and motivate your team to achieve great results
• You implement and maintain the branch concepts and routines
• You like exercise and physical work and act as a role model by taking on responsibility in sales and routine tasks in the branch

Your training as a store manager will take place in our branch in XY. You will then take over management of one of our branches in the greater XY area.

Requirements

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

• Experience in leading, motivating and developing a team is an advantage
• You have drive, are communicative and therefore create a positive and appreciative work environment
• Willingness to take responsibility for your future own store and the results
• You strive to achieve very good results
• You are willing to work on Saturdays and have one day off per week
• You have very good knowledge of German (at least C1) both spoken and written
