Requirements

• VII. or VI./2nd level of education in the relevant field (organizational / technical)
• Relevant work experience in planning/understanding of production processes, knowledge of ergonomics, experience in workplace and line planning is desirable
• Ability to work in a group
• Knowledge of Slovenian, English and/or German
• Computer skills: (MS Office, production systems)
• Ability to think analytically and logically
• Organizational skills and objectivity
• Reliability, accuracy, flexibility
• Motivation for continuous systematic process improvement
