[Bosch R&D - Internship] Project Management Intern

Role Summary

Support project managers to collect inputs for the project planning, organizing and coordination of various activities in the automotive product development enterprise.

Support project management in various activities during project execution, such as integration management, configuration management, time management.

Helps track and document completion of work plan activities

Collects data and perform analysis to assist in preparing project progress reports and performance metrics.

Support regular status tracking and prepare monthly report of project cost management.

Collects input and prepare the improvement plan for existing internal project management tools.

Requirements

• University student majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics), Industrial Management or Business Administration.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Very good knowledge of English language in spoken and written form.
• Analytical and proactive working with a high sense of responsibility.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & MS Project)
• Open minded, dynamic personality with the joy of working independently in an international environment coupled with a great willingness to learn

About the Company

Bosch first started in Vietnam with a representative office in 1994. Bosch has its main office in Ho Chi Minh City, with branch offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, and a Powertrain Solutions plant in the Dong Nai province to manufacture push belt for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in automobiles. In addition, Bosch operates a software and engineering solutions from product engineering, tool development & automation as well as testing & validation solutions (Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam).

In July 2014, Bosch set up a new Automotive R&D Center, located in Ho Chi Minh City. The continuous growth of this Centre is in line with Bosch’s strategy in Vietnam, which aims at becoming a manufacturing and R&D hub in the Southeast Asian region. Currently four products are available: connectors, push belt, fuel supply, and diagnosis module (tank leakage).
