Blood collection employee - Flexpool

Role Summary

As a blood collection employee, you independently perform all actions related to blood collection (venipuncture). Je ontvangt de cliënten, verricht de bloedafname en bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling. You do this at the various locations within Eurofins SCAL, including the test stations in the region, and at the outpatient clinic/clinic of a hospital.

Voordat je zelfstandig gaat werken volg je eerst een opleidingsprogramma waar ervaren collega’s je de kneepjes van het vak leren. Daarna word je nauw begeleid zodat je uiteindelijk zelfverzekerd aan het werk gaat.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic, customer-oriented, flexible, sense of responsibility and a real team player. Are these characteristics that appeal to you and in which you recognize yourself? Maybe you are the new blood collection employee (for the flex pool) we are looking for!
• You have completed healthcare training at least MBO level 3 (for example 'Caring IG, Nurse or Doctor's Assistant'), or you are currently following a relevant training course;
• Je hebt ervaring in en/of affiniteit met de zorgsector;
• Venipuncture experience is an advantage;
• Je bent beschikbaar voor een inwerktraject van minimaal 4 weken;
• You are available immediately or at short notice;
• You are available at least 3 days a week (Mon-Sun) from 7:30 AM to at least 1:00 PM;
• You have good communication skills;
• You have good oral and written command of the Dutch language;
