Role Summary

As a Bid Manager, you are the conductor of responses to calls for tender (RFI / RFP).

You manage the offer from start to finish, coordinate internal teams and build differentiating, competitive and winning proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage responses to complex calls for tender (banking, insurance, payments).
• Analyze customer issues, structure the response strategy and secure compliance.
• Coordinate the sales, technical, delivery and business expert teams.
• Build the value proposition, costing and engagement scenarios.
• Prepare and lead customer defenses.
• You support the sales forces until the contract is signed and ensure a transition with the project manager for a successful start.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bid Manager, ideally, in an ESN and in the Financial Services sector.
• Comfortable with multi-actor management, tight deadlines and profitability issues.
• Excellent structuring, writing and communication skills.
• English required.
