Role Summary

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM – 11AM, additional hours may be available, including the option to work up to full-time

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to work in Santa Fe, NM! You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA.
Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certified—we'll support you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment.

Responsibilities
- ✨ Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans
- ✨ Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills
- ✨ Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
- ✨ Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment
- ✨ Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates
- ✨ Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA
Requirements
- ✅ Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply
- ✅ ABA or childcare experience also welcomed (training pay available while becoming certified)
- ✅ Strong communication and organization skills
- ✅ Patience, empathy, and commitment to helping others
- ✅ Comfortable working weekday mornings 9am-11am
