Role Summary

Every year several hundred thousand oil and gas workers travel to and from work in the North Sea, and our employees play an important role in ensuring that the journey from shore to the platforms is as seamless and safe as possible.

Right now we are expanding our team at Hammerfest Helicopter Terminal, and are therefore looking for a new colleague who can step into a 100% position. The working hours include day and evening shifts, and some weekend work must be expected.

The service is largely aimed at the public. We are looking for you who are responsible, proactive and service-oriented. You handle pressure and stressful situations calmly and efficiently, and contribute to creating a positive working environment - even when the pace is high.

Responsibilities

Areas of responsibility include

• Check-in of passengers
• Coordination of helicopter
• Registrations
• Guard and balance calculation
• Ordering fuel
• Customer service and logistics
• Baggage and freight handling

Requirements

• Minimum Norwegian level B2
• Approved and passed National basic education is an advantage
• Satisfactory conduct (Cf. Act on security services)
• Good computer skills are an advantage
• Driving license class B and access to a car is an advantage, but not an absolute requirement
