Banking specialist/specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for a Banking Specialist to join our team, i.e. a person who is ready to run an extra mile for the client and devote as much attention and time as needed to solve the case. We are looking for a committed person, hungry for knowledge and new challenges. Apply if

• you are open to working in the B2B model in remote or hybrid mode
• you have experience in the financial/banking industry
• you have basic knowledge of JDG accounting,
• you are interested in the broadly understood financial market, banking and new technologies
• you speak English at a level that allows you to read process documentation and communicate about technical problems and solutions
• you are an open and communicative person - you create a positive atmosphere in the conversation
• you can say "I don't know" and you want to make up for it and come back with a solution
• you want and can stay up to date with changes (product, industry, regulations)
• you want to help others and share knowledge with them
• you have experience in customer service (preferably remotely) and know how to build long-term, positive relationships with customers
• you make sure to provide customers with comprehensive, factually correct answers
• you can “put yourself in the customer's shoes” and present a solution that takes this perspective into account
• you remain calm and are able to resolve difficult situations with customers who express dissatisfaction
• in problematic situations you look for the best and simplest solutions

Great if you also

• you have experience in the accounting industry
• you have a background in accounting or banking, e.g. finance and accounting/banking
• you have completed an accounting course

Responsibilities

As a Banking Specialist you will

• provide substantive and technical support to entrepreneurs, via email, telephone, chat
• analyze, solve or report technical errors regarding the operation of the application
• implement system changes - independently or by reporting in a dedicated system
• update your own knowledge and ensure that the information provided to clients and in internal procedures is up to date
• be available during agreed working hours
