Role Summary

• Support in administrative routines as directed by the superior;
• Respond to customers (telephone/email);
• Assist in the registration of clients and consultants according to available systems;
• Respond to and forward customer requests, queries and complaints in accordance with procedures;

Organize documentation and commercial data according to procedures.

Requirements

• Be in high school or have completed it;
• Young people aged 17 to 19;
• Knowledge of the office package.
