Backend .NET Tech Lead

Role Summary

We need your professional experience

• 5+ years of .NET web development experience;
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead position;
• Expertise and deep understanding of .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and C# technologies;
• Experience with microservices architecture;
• Experience with a breadth of backend architecture principles and technologies;
• Experience with SSE, Long Polling, WebSockets;
• Experience with Unit and Integration tests;
• Experience with GitLab CI or other CI/CD technologies;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
• Experience with Kafka (will be a plus);

Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and tune system designs to identify and fix performance bottlenecks;
• Analyze tasks, decompose them into sub-tasks, and estimate the development time;
• Perform code & design reviews;
• Lead research and POCs of new features;
• Help with new architecture prototyping and migration on it;
• Identify areas for improvement and manage tech debt;
• Mentor and guide an engineering team of BE developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous delivery, and high ownership;
• Support the current functionality and maintain backward compatibility for the releases;

Deliver completed tasks for testing and provide advisory assistance to QAs during testing.
