Back Office Analyst (NR) - Bahía Blanca

Back Office Analyst (NR) - Bahía Blanca at SGS in Buenos Aires, City. Autonomous of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Role Summary

1. Receive and review customer service orders, and when applicable, request additional information about the service to be provided, in order to confirm acceptance of the order; When applicable, prepare and send the quote to the client.
2. Carry out the organization of the commercial files, the preparation and sending of the final documents of the operation, and complete the relevant records in the systems, in order to comply with the management indicators and times of the area, according to the client's requirement.
3. Load service orders (OL), inspection (OI) and/or test (OE) into the system so that the orders are communicated to the areas involved in the execution of the service.
4. Maintain contact with clients and the areas involved, in order to collaborate in the coordination of the execution of the service.
5. When applicable, present the documentation of operational personnel, in order to enable their entry into port terminals, plants or other customer sites.
6. Receive and control the field documentation received in order to verify that all the necessary information is found correctly in the files and is reported in a timely manner.
7. Bill the service and begin the approval chain, in order to close the commercial circuit, and be able to collect the service provided to the client through the management of the Finance Management.
8. Only in Argentina: When applicable, collaborate in the consolidation of hours worked by Inspectors for subsequent reporting.
9. If necessary, manage supplier billing, with the objective of informing Finance Management.
10. Carry out tasks related to the management and control of teams of the Delegation/s (when applicable to the analyst).

Requirements

• University student/graduate of commercial careers, Business Administration, Public Accountant, Engineering and/or related to mining, agronomy, food, oil.
• 2 years of experience performing commercial, operational and/or administrative tasks.
• Intermediate English
• Residing in Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires.
• KNOWLEDGE
• Customer/supplier service.
• Intermediate Office Package.
