Role Summary

• Follow workflow procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency when working with internal and external customer
• Communicate and work with customers for each project requirement and operation in effective manner
• Support team members in replying, handling the customer requirement, including meetings etc.
• Contribute ideas to improve the consulting process and internal operations to be better for serving the customers.
• Work closely with customer and relevant parties to finish the project successfully
• Others assigned by superior

Requirements

• Bachelor degree.
• Experience in technical consulting, planning and service development.
• Hold background in technology is a plus.
• 05 years in the same position or in the same industry (certification, training or used to work at factories) is a plus.
