Responsibilities - Take ownership and evolve the overall cloud platform and solution architecture of a B2B digital advisory platform
- Ensure a highly secure infrastructure as well as excellent production performance
- Own and manage the Cloud Team backlog, acting as Product Owner
- Collaborate with our Application Architect, Development Team, and Product Owners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and governance related stakeholders (e.g. CTO, InfoSec, etc.)
- Own and drive the platform related architecture review board
- Support the integration architecture with external clients
- Clearly communicate and drive the strategy and visions
Requirements - Hands-on experience with a public Cloud Service Provider (Microsoft Azure preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of serverless and/or PaaS environments; strong experience with Kubernetes/AKS
- Practical experience applying cloud design patterns in multi-tiered environments
- Strong hands-on engineering and architecture background
- Substantial analytical skills to capture and manage complex enterprise environments
- 5+ years in building up Solution or Platform Architecture for small to medium sized applications
- 5+ years of experience in configuring, deploying and running IT assets in complex system landscapes
- Curious in new technologies and being a thought leader within the team
- Experience working with highly scalable, performant and mission critical architectures
- Ability to suggest competitive and innovative technical decisions, get client buy-in and deliver commitments
- Strong communication skills, ability to present technical ideas in business-friendly language
- Relevant cloud certifications are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English
