At our depot, our workshop team of around 20 ensures that our own fleet of around 120 buses and company-owned cars remain in use safely and reliably. With us you can expect varied tasks, different drive technologies and work on our own fleet.

Responsibilities

• Together with your colleagues, you coordinate the daily workshop processes and ensure that personnel are allocated as needed.
• You provide technical support to our workshop team and diagnose complex fault patterns as well as support with complex repairs.
• They ensure that the work is carried out professionally through quality controls and test drives.
• They ensure compliance with safety standards and organize necessary tests and calibrations.
• You plan training courses, courses and instructions and carry out selected training courses yourself.
• You will be involved in shift and holiday planning and will take on organizational tasks in ongoing workshop operations.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the automotive trade and a successfully passed master craftsman examination
• Several years of professional experience in a vehicle workshop as well as experience in the technical management and instruction of employees
• Sound knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and dealing with complex fault patterns
• Experience with combustion engines and electric drives and knowledge of hydrogen are an advantage
• Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented way of working
• A valid EU driving license class B, classes C or D are an advantage
