Automation Associate

Role Summary

We have an opportunity for you: We are looking for Automation Associates for our Process Automation team, responsible for transforming and optimizing processes throughout the entire company using different tools such as RPA and Artificial Intelligence. Do you join?

Responsibilities

• What challenges await you?
• Monitor the operation of RPA robots in production, identifying and resolving technical incidents to guarantee service continuity.
• Participate in the survey and analysis of operational processes in the different areas of the organization to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with the development team throughout the entire automation life cycle, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Translation of business needs into automation technical specifications, participating in architecture definitions.
• Work in coordination with global teams to share best practices, security standards and infrastructure monitoring.

Requirements

• What do we expect from you?
• Complete or ongoing university education in Computer Engineering, Programming, Systems or related careers.
• Previous experience or technical training applied to RPA and process automation with tools such as UiPath.
• Solid knowledge in programming logic and use of languages such as Python, C# or queries using SQL.
• Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence tools aimed at assistance in programming, data analysis and documentation generation.
• Intermediate or advanced English language level for fluid interaction with regional and international teams.
