Role Summary
Within the Platforms Project team, under the responsibility of the Hardware Platform Technical Manager (RT), the automation service provider participates in the assembly, integration, commissioning and validation of the Test Platform. (API-based target systems, stimulation benches and associated test infrastructures).
Technical environment
- Mastery of the development of Automation programs, knowledge of EcoStruxure™ Control Expert.
- Mastery of cabinet design, API network architectures, interconnections and connections.
- Knowledge of OPC Client/Server communication mechanisms and implementation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the writing of the CRT (Recipe and Test Books) for the platform;
- The writing is carried out semi-autonomously, within the allotted deadlines, based on input data (specifications and technical offer) in interface with the Platform Lot manager and the Platform RT;
- Writing is carried out according to the project's existing templates.
- Participate in assembly monitoring activities, assembly then commissioning and integration of the PFTT;
- Participate in platform validation testing activities;
- Participate in delivery and start-up activities of the PFTT;
- Be proactive and committed to meeting deadlines and time allocated to the workload plan;
Be proactive and engaged in resolving technical problems.
Requirements
- Bac+5 graduate in automation, you have 3 years of successful experience in a similar function (Project Manager, Study Manager);
- You master the hardware and electrotechnical design of API and SCADA-based installations and associated network architectures;
- Experience in the field of monitoring the construction of equipment (cabinets and system bays) and their deployment (site organization, assembly, interconnections, connection and commissioning) is a plus;
- Experience in the field of nuclear control or in a context with high constraints is a plus.
