Role Summary

Execute social compliance audits under the SMETA methodology, ensuring the integrity of the supply chain through rigorous verification of labor standards, health and safety, environment and business ethics.

Key Knowledge

Solid command of current National Labor Legislation.

Knowledge of Safety and Health at Work (SST).

Management of the 4 pillars of SMETA (Labor Standards, Health and Safety, Environment and Business Ethics).

Requirements

1. Essential Requirements (Entry Filters)

• APSCA Registration: You must have an active registration number with the Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors (Levels: ASCA or RA preferably).
• Education: Graduated professional in Administrative, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, Law or related areas.
• Technical Training: Certified as a Lead or Internal Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 (minimum 40 hours).

1. Professional Experience

• General: Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry (manufacturing, agribusiness or services).
• Specific: Demonstrable experience in the implementation, consulting or audit of Social Responsibility management systems (SMETA, SA8000, or compliance with the Client Code of Conduct).

• Maternity leave contract (with the possibility of going to an indefinite term)
