Audit business scheduling manager

Role Summary

Under the authority of the Head of Resources and Audit Scheduling for the Eurofins Food Assurance Business Line, you work in permanent interface with auditors, clients and the technical department of the Certification Business Unit.

You plan the auditors' missions based on customer orders. You participate in the development of schedules, assign services to competent resources, monitor the progress of services and ensure that all orders are taken into account and carried out in accordance with customer expectations. You update the various indicators to carry out the administrative tasks associated with the position.

You also interface with clients: you prepare the files to be examined by collecting information from clients, you maintain consultant qualification and availability tables.

Finally, you anticipate and contribute to the renewal of periodic missions for acquired clients.

You are a force for proposals to improve our processes and our performances. You participate in the development and monitoring of indicators.

You also contribute to the implementation of the policy for maintaining auditor qualifications. This work being an essential prerequisite for the success of the scheduling

Requirements

• At least BAC+3 training (equivalent), you have achieved initial experience (3 to 5 years) in planning, process optimization, production management or scheduling.
• You are methodical, familiar with Excel spreadsheets, rigorous with good interpersonal skills. You are also proactive and equipped with good critical thinking skills.
• Fluency in English is a decisive plus.
