• Position: Music Production Expert - Spanish (MX)
• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $13–$54/hour
• Location: Remote
• Duration: Up to 6 months
• Commitment: 20 hours/week
• Role Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated music across genres for musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality.

Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics.

Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .

Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality and model outputs.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (MX) and ability to follow detailed instructions in English .
• 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Spanish (MX) genres, sub-genres, and artists.
