Role Summary
Develop and implement the new processes required for the manufacturing of new products, following procedures and standards, seeking the optimization of available resources: space, labor, equipment. Ensure the maintenance of production and efficiency levels for each of the assigned lines, in accordance with applicable standards and strategies.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance with new product launch objectives: meet launches in a timely manner with the expected quality and committed cost.
Improvement in the Productivity of Assembly Lines
- Improvement in the Quality of assembly lines through the reduction of missing parts, reduction of rejections and reduction of consumer contacts.
- Ensure the maintenance of production levels, through the identification of opportunities and the optimization of processes and continuous improvement.
- Manage activities and supervise the development of the intern in charge.
- Contribute to the safety and quality management system by complying with the provisions of the procedures and instructions applicable to the SIGO.
- Apply ISO 45001 regulations, other legal and corporate requirements regarding EHS, in my work area as applicable.
- Follow up on operational measures to reduce work incidents.
