Assistent Teammanager

Role Summary

As an Assistant Team Manager you are the right hand of the Security Team Manager. You support the daily management of the team and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You are responsible for efficiently distributing, monitoring and complying with protocols and instructions so that everyone is well informed and can work safely.

You have strong administrative skills, work accurately and see how you can improve (administrative) processes. You can easily switch between different tasks: from setting out and organizing training courses to on-the-job coaching to taking up operational work when necessary. You are someone who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

You will have plenty of career opportunities with this client. A lot of time and attention is paid to your development, both with Securitas training and with customer-oriented training. Collaboration is very important within the team. You identify bottlenecks and actively come up with solutions to make our services even better.

Requirements

• MBO working and thinking level
• In possession of a security diploma or willing to obtain one
• Available full-time (144 hours per 4 weeks)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Administratively strong: you are accurate and like structure
• Very good in Dutch and English (English is the customer's daily language)
• Hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility
• Flexible (occasionally also outside office hours)
• You are in possession of a driving license B and your own transport
• Affinity with IT and willing to learn new systems
