We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager who thrives on developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving results. Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll help lead a large team, create a positive and inclusive culture, and play a key role in the success of a busy retail store.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large team to achieve their potential
• Deliver an engaging customer experience and create memorable moments
• Drive sales, productivity and operational excellence
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing talent development
• Partner with the Store Manager to deliver business goals and build future leaders

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in a retail leadership role
• A passion for developing and motivating teams
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Experience driving sales and operational outcomes
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
