efood market is growing and is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for the Thessaloniki store (Harilaou area).

efood market stores are located in strategic locations, are closed to the public and exclusively serve online orders. Speed characterizes us and we make sure that all our users enjoy an extremely high-quality experience, every time they choose us for their daily shopping.

As Assistant Store Manager daily

You support the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

You oversee the daily processes of the store, such as receipts, stocking shelves, picking & packing orders and checking for possible losses.

You coordinate and guide the store team in achieving productivity goals and creating an excellent experience for each user.

You ensure the adequacy of stocks through regular inventories and audits, resolving any discrepancies.

You identify operational issues and process improvement opportunities, inform the Store Manager and contribute

You ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene & safety rules, as well as the proper organization of the space.

Responsibilities

You will need to

• You have 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in q-commerce / retail / food trade / HUB Operations
• You can motivate, guide and organize your team
• You communicate effectively with your team but also know how to give feedback correctly and understandably
• You like to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes
• You aim for the best result with the best customer experience in mind
• You know key performance indicators
• You have an excellent relationship with technology and systems
• You can work in shifts
