Role Summary

Gaube Enterprises, an independently owned Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking motivated, dependable, and leadership-driven Assistant Managers to help oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment . This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading a team, multitasking, and taking ownership of their shifts, with strong opportunities to grow into General Manager and franchise leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality
• Supervise team members, assign tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting
• Manage cash handling, inventory control, and cost management
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and general store operations as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Previous food service or leadership experience preferred (but not required — we train!)

• Physical & Work Environment Expectations
• Standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting during shifts
• Frequent use of hands for food preparation and equipment operation
• Fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat and varying conditions
• Occasional driving for deliveries or store tasks (if applicable)
