Role Summary

Primary Objective

Main goals

Under general supervision, perform moderately complex and intricate assembly operations and processes.

Key Activities

Responsible for the product production of the internal assembly production line, and report the output products to the section leader of the corresponding section;

• Assemble parts in accordance with the work instructions and relevant quality standards;
• Understand equipment performance, debug and maintain the normal operation of the production line;
• Properly use spare parts and auxiliary materials, control the loss of spare parts and auxiliary materials, and reduce production costs;
• Check the processing quality of this process, implement debugging and acceptance as required, and obey the process guidance of technical personnel;
• Follow the safe operating procedures for equipment use to ensure safe production and prevent various illegal operations;
• Maintain a safe, clean and tidy working environment in the factory;
• Complete various tasks assigned by the supervisor on time;

Requirements

Skills & Knowledge

• Technical school, vocational high school, technical secondary school or above in mechanical and electrical related majors;
• More than 2 years of relevant work experience, experience in large-scale manufacturing foreign companies is preferred;
• Understand the basic knowledge of assembly and be able to read and understand assembly drawings;
• Have certain work background or experience in mechanical or electrical assembly;
• Applicants with a certain basic knowledge of English will be given priority.
