Role Summary

Improvement of the preventive maintenance system in area B, efficiency of routine procedures and spare parts for PM

Analysis of preventive maintenance activities

RCM: analyze how each piece of equipment fails, identify what maintenance adds value, eliminate unnecessary activities, design strategies to increase equipment reliability.

MTBF of activities: measure how much time passes between one failure and the next, analyze trends. see if preventive maintenance is increasing reliability

Efficiency and improvement of PM plans: Review frequencies (weekly, monthly, quarterly. Eliminate redundant tasks. Add necessary inspections. Reduce maintenance time and cost.

Inspection routine development: step-by-step manuals for executing routines.

Loading plans in PUMA: Capture maintenance plans in the system. Create work orders. Record frequencies. Associate spare parts and procedures.

Requirements

• Active students of Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Automotive, and Systems Engineering.
• Morning schedule availability: Monday to Friday 8:00 am. - 2:00 pm. (In-person).
• Intermediate level English.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• PowerBI knowledge (desirable).
• Soft skills: Discipline, communication, teamwork, problem solving.
