Responsibilities

• Receive the documents that arrive, whether in physical or digital format, and register them to record their entry
• Classify documents according to their origin and order them alphabetically by dates or numerical codes
• Create covers, files and inventories that clearly describe what each document or box contains
• Protect documents from physical damage, perform cleaning (removing dust, staples) and ensure their long-term preservation
• Facilitate access to information for company personnel and keep strict control of who has each document on loan
• Convert paper information to digital formats to ensure its long-term life

To be successful in this role you need

• Education: Completed high school
• Experience in assembling files, capturing, archiving
• Ability to arrange by series, folio, alphabetically
• IT IS ESSENTIAL TO KNOW HOW TO DRIVE A STANDARD CAR AND HAVE A VALID LICENSE
