Role Summary

The ServiceNow division supports its clients – major accounts – in their digital transformation and the optimization of their business processes through the ServiceNow platform. He works on high value-added projects covering the entire life cycle of solutions: consulting, design, integration, evolution and maintenance in operational conditions.

In this context, we are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to work on complex, structuring projects with high business implications.

Your role and missions

  • You design and manage the overall architecture of ServiceNow solutions;
  • You supervise the quality and integration of the architecture, its design and its possible interfaces/API with third-party systems;
  • You advise project teams and clients on architectural choices;
  • You supervise the integration into the existing IS and data migrations;
  • You work in close collaboration with the project management and the technical teams to ensure reliable planning of the phases and deadlines of the project;

You contribute to calls for tenders, POC/POV and complex pre-sales.

As a partner of national and international companies, travel is to be expected as part of our various projects.

Requirements

You have solid technical expertise.

You have a professional level in English

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) as well as CTA or CMA are a plus
  • Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in IS architecture and complex integrations.
