Role Summary

Based on the Lyon, Toulouse or Paris sites, the Solutions & Expertises Business Line is looking for CMMS Solution Architects to strengthen its EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) center of expertise and support our clients in facing their challenges of today and tomorrow (transformation of the Information System & Innovation - Maintenance 5.0), in the integration, deployment & support of their software package in close collaboration with our publishing partners (IBM, HEXAGON, CARL Software, etc.).

Responsibilities

Your role and missions

• Design and manage innovative EAM architectures while ensuring alignment with IT strategy and business needs.
• Guarantee the integration of EAM solutions with other company systems (ERP, CRM, IoT, etc.) by ensuring robustness, security, scalability and performance of the solutions
• Support project teams in the deployment and evolution of solutions.
• Contribute to digital transformation and innovation in the field of EAM.
• Participate in the preparation of files in response to calls for tenders

Environments and tools

• Solutions: IBM Maximo Application Suite, Infor EAM, Carl Source.
• Related technologies: IoT, predictive AI, Cloud (Azure, AWS), ERP (SAP, Oracle).
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, ITIL for service management.

Requirements

Profile sought

• Graduate of an engineering school, Master's degree or equivalent, in IT or industrial maintenance.
• You must have at least 10 years of experience on software solution integration projects in the field of maintenance (EAM/CMMS) and significant experience in the maintenance profession (scoping, multi-site deployment, change management).

Skills

• Definition of maintenance strategies (understanding of issues, process mapping, identification of improvements)
• EAM/CMMS process modeling (asset management, interventions, stocks/purchasing, HSE)
• Writing specifications & conducting business workshops
• Tools: mastery of at least one solution (IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, Carl Source) and their modules

Soft skills: Leadership, sense of customer service, ability to arbitrate, synthetic, fluent English.
