Architecte Cloud Data GCP - CCOE - France

Role Summary

You will join a CCoE team spread across France. Depending on the missions entrusted to you, you will be required to evolve within internal Sopra Steria teams in supporting Business Verticals on DATA Expertise around GCP solutions throughout the sales process of a Cloud Transformation Project and Project Launch; as well as through services where you are directly integrated into teams delivering the project to the end client as a GCP Data Expert.

Your role and missions

As a GCP Certified Cloud Data Architect, you bring your expertise around GCP Data solutions:

You support our Internal Teams in the Business Verticals and our clients in their Cloud strategy and advise them on architectural choices allowing them to build the data solutions of tomorrow respecting best practices and striving towards operational excellence, while providing them with advanced support

You design and implement solutions, covering GCP's Data-oriented services (Database, ETL, AI), meeting the needs expressed by the client, while guaranteeing security, resilience, performance and optimized cost.

You support the development team in creating solutions that take into account the constraints and patterns of the target Cloud platform.

You also participate internally in

Skills management among verticals (Support for training and certifications, Assistance in recruiting experienced profiles, capitalization and sharing of knowledge, Animation of a technical community)

Sopra Steria's relationship with our partner Google and will be called upon to demonstrate our know-how to them

Business management (Co-management of the pipeline business, Contribution to structuring pre-sales, Support for complex delivery issues)

Communication, through the writing of articles, blogs, white papers, as well as participation in GCP events (GCP Summit, Google Cloud Next, Sustainability Summit, Security Summit, Data Cloud Summit)

We support you in implementing the Sopra Steria methodology and associated tools.

Requirements

• Holder of a Bac+5 in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent, you have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of architectural design in a Cloud GCP environment.
• You have a sense of service and know how to listen to your interlocutor in order to understand their needs and offer them relevant solutions.
• You are used to working in a team and willingly share your knowledge.

You have the following key skills

• Google Cloud professional Architect certifications and level
• Cloud architecture
• System Security and Cloud Network Security
• Design of multicloud architectures
• Development of solutions (e.g. Java, Go, Python, JavaScript)
• Automation in a DevSecOps approach
• Agile & DevOps method
• Skills/certifications on other HyperScalers or other Private Clouds are a plus.
• Your interpersonal skills, your diplomacy, your adaptability, your discretion and your sense of customer service will be essential assets to succeed in your missions.
• You know English.
