Role Summary
Within our Voice Communication Systems activity, you contribute to the design and development of critical, modular and secure voice over IP communication systems, intended for civil and military air traffic control. You will join a team of experts recognized for its know-how in environments with high demands on safety, performance and interoperability.
As a VCS System Architect, you play a key role in defining, structuring and evolving complex system architectures for critical voice communications solutions. You interface with customers, project teams, software development and qualification, in order to guarantee technical consistency, the quality of solutions and their suitability for operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Define, specify, design and evolve the system architecture, as well as its associated documentation.
- Contribute to the development of solutions with clients, from the upstream work phases to site and factory recipes.
- Support the software development and system qualification teams throughout the production phase.
- Participate in thinking about tomorrow's developments and contribute to the construction of future VCS solutions.
Technical environment
You work on critical systems integrating telecommunications (telephony, radio, VoIP), software quality assurance, aeronautical standards, cybersecurity and V-cycle system engineering methods.
Requirements
Profile sought
Graduate of an engineering school or a university degree at Bac+5 level in aeronautics, IT or telecommunications, you have at least 5 years of experience in complex systems engineering and a solid practice of system architecture. You enjoy teamwork, know how to operate independently in demanding environments and want to contribute to solutions with high technological and operational value.
