Role Summary
Within the Consumer department of the Marne et Oise Territory, you will report to the Operational Management Manager.
- As a work-study Administrative Officer you will be required to:
- Carry out follow-up campaigns and appointments linked to unpaid debts (email, telephone and letters)
- Participate in monitoring contractual indicators (KPI) linked to Public Service Delegation contracts and the Delegate's Annual Report
- Prepare materials for steering committees with unions
- Participate in the planning and monitoring of operational activities (deployment and maintenance of meters)
- Help monitor the contractual commitments of Public Service Delegations
- Data reporting for monitoring and processing of files
Your assets for success
- Student in BAC +3 in BUT GEA (Business and Administration Management) or Administrative License
- First knowledge of the functioning of public services or local authorities
- Organization, rigor, autonomy and spirit of initiative are assets to succeed in this position
- Good command of IT tools (Google suite and Veolia business tools)
