Responsibilities

The Learning & Development department is looking for a work-study student “HR communications and cross-functional projects manager” from November 2026. Reporting to the HR Marketing Manager, your main missions will be:

HR communication

• Create attractive content (texts, images, videos) to promote SGS professions;
• Write articles and interviews;
• Participate in the design of visual communication media (posters, banners, infographics);
• Monitor the performance indicators of digital communication actions;
• Propose recommendations to improve visibility and engagement.
• You are comfortable using social networks, CANVA, Adobe Pack, etc.

Animation of the CSR community

• Lead the internal community dedicated to CSR
• Promote CSR actions internally and externally
• Participate in the implementation of communication actions around CSR projects (environment, inclusion, well-being, etc.)

Requirements

🎯 Profile sought

• Student in Master HR or Digital Communication (Bac+4 - 5), you have a strong interest in the theme of Communication and CSR.
• Your interpersonal skills, your listening skills and your creativity are essential for carrying out the activities that will be entrusted to you. Your ability to adapt to a wide variety of fields will also be an important asset.
